Assistant Office Manager – Jerome, ID

Job Description –

Full-time position. Perform general office duties including data entry, accounting, clerical and customer service. Position will also support patrons, staff and others with questions and requests. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications –

Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. 10-Key proficiency. Ability to perform a large volume of sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to interact effectively with others using good verbal and interpersonal skills. Bilingual desired (Spanish). Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Salary Range –

Commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package also provided.
