SALE DATE: FEBRUARY 4 , 2014

The cull cow market has been steady to $12 dollars higher over the last two of weeks, in very good tests.

Stockers/Feeders have been bringing a really high prices. The numbers have been increasing each week, because of the lack of rain. We have been seeing a lot of 350#-500# calves coming to the market. In addition, there have been a lot of Pairs and Bred cows being sold each week. We expect the stocker/feeder numbers to be higher in the upcoming weeks. Plain cattle and singles were $.10/CWT to $.35/CWT less than choice cattle.

Our next stocker/feeder special sale will be held on Tuesday, February 11^th! Plan to consign your cattle to this sale, it should be a good one!

There has been an adjustment to the Western Video sale dates. There will now be sales on the 21^st of February and the 14^th of March. These sale will be conducted via the internet. The April Video sale held at the Holiday Inn in Visalia, might not happen this year! I will keep you posted via the Market Report or you can call anytime. The catalog deadline for the Feb 21^st sale is the 12^th of February, please call if you would like to get your cattle on this sale!

The Friday sale is drawing good numbers and a very good market.
